Are Belle and Samson in Emmerdale related in real life?

Are the actor and actress who play Tinkerbell and Samson Dingle in Emmerdale brother and sister in real life because they so much look like each other?|||Eden Taylor-Draper plays Belle and Charlie Pell plays Samson. As far as I know they are not related in real life. I think it's just good casting that they look alike.
