I have not been to Boomtown Casino in awhile but they have specials on food and match play coupons if you join the players club.|||Belle Chasse (pronounced Bell Chase) is across the river and maybe a twenty minute drive from New Orleans. Children and senior adults might enjoy the city's Audubon Zoo and the Aquarium of the Americas. There is the ambience of the French Quarter for the adults. Closer to the Mississippi River there is a Mardi Gras museum that shows some of the costumes and floats of that season.|||thye have an military air base there and they have a retired blue angel out in front of the base for evey one to see! it's so amazing you can touch it
