My computer cannot read a .clm file- help please!?

I am needing to export files from a program (magicjack) but it does so in a .clm file - what is that? my computer doesn't know what a clm file is. I don't know what a .clm file is......is there a way to load it so it's readable? detailed directions please as I don't know much about computers........thanks in advance for any help....|||According to my research, a CLM file is a macro file for the Micrografx Picture Publisher 7 file.

However, take the file extension of any file with a grain of salt as it does not necessarily indicate the type of information that is contained within. Technically I can create a text file, named example.txt, and add some text to it and then save it. Then go and change the file name to example.clm and it is still a text file and can still be opened by any text editor. File extensions only provide a general idea of what type of file to expect.|||obviously you need magicjack to open it
