Cheerleading Mount? Please answer.?

Tomorrow my squad is going to try to put me up in a mount. Im small, 85 to 95 lbs. I went up before, to chin level, and I was shaky. We did it again at our camp, but I decided I didnt want to go up. My coach said I could try again tomorrow. I neeed tips on I csn reassure my self not to be nervous and how to help with the shakiness and being scared. Any tips on how to go into a cradle, I know how but totally sure, thanks! Clm! :)|||Keep your entire body stiff... imagine how it feels to hold up a barbie doll vs. holding up a flimsy baby doll... the stiff barbie doll is easier to control. Silly analogy but it helps. Keep your legs locked, squeeze your thighs together, and let them balance you. If you lift yout toes up (instead of curling them down) it helps lock out your ankles so they do not roll and cause you to be flimsy. Look up (don't look down) - I hope this helps :)|||Have faith in your teammates who are below you and trust that they are going to catch you! After all thats what a being a team is about.
