How to read clm file?

i want to read .clm file, i have opened it in excel and notepad but dont get the required information. i m using SJ Phone, it save call details in clm file. but i m unable to open that file.... i can read the file using SJ Phone, but i want to make a billing application and i want to import that data from .clm file to my data base.... how can i do that?|||i have a had a chance to have another look around and found that you can open the file if u change the file type to .csv instead of .clm open it with excel see if this helps if not tell me and i will have another look around for you
