If you are an insurance adjuster, how do you know if there is enough evidence to accept/deny clm?

When can you accept a claim and when do you deny it?

Also, when do you send out an mncp form?

And.. how do you request a wage statement from the company?|||Hello - I would definitely need to know more information; is it a workers comp claim, a vehicle claim, medical claim, etc.

I'm assuming it has something to do with bodily injury, but there can be big differences between workers comp and a car accident where someone else is at fault.

Simply though, an adjuster would evaluate the damages vs. the policy and determine if coverage applied.|||It depends on the type of claim, the type of policy, the circumstances surrounding the claim, and the applicable state laws.
